Dada Life white winter tour

it was tough for me to find a proper fabric for the show. a lot of the whites are really see though or to thick for a comfy flexible outfit. but finally i found this one. after the photos i also added more tassels onto one of the leg flares. it gave it an even cuter flowy look!

my best friend jes and i went and raged out at bassnectar! she rocked my leg flares for the first time and looked fabulous in them!!

  i've been exploding with ideas for my leg flares recently. ive got the great idea to make 18 blank leg flares and then add different picture to each one. leaving one blank so i will only have to make half as many unless some one wants to buy them off me in which case i would make them matching pairs unless they prefered to have the design on one leg like me. but i have yet been able to buy the fabric to let the games get started.
  recently ive been evaluating my sketch book and i realized i have a lot of good ideas in there but i cant realistically make about half of the drawings in there. so i sat down one night and brainstormed a bunch more ideas for tops!! i cant wait to try them out! im really inspired by my latest style costumes ive been making for all the festivals and shows i go too. (and hopefully gigs too) i just want to keep expanding my ideas with different shapes. i always make halter tops but i think its time for a change. plus if a friend wants to wear one of my costumes out to a show we dont want to look exactly alike!! my friend alexa and i had this problem earlier this year before the sub sonic circus show.i guess all at the same time im getting bored of the look i've created and i want to create something new and different to grab peoples attention again on facebook.                when it come to facebook. i think im going to put a few dollars in here and there to get a bigger fan base. and then come spring im think im going to launch a whole look book with my new line and put it on etsy and post every day with a close up of a new item so that way it will give me more feed back on what people like and dont like. and if i post everyday it will give people more chance to comment on my things and bringing my page up on their friends feeds. hopefully spreading my fan base. i feel like i will sell more things this year then ever.
 

Bassnectar outfit!

im super excited to see bassnectar on Thursday at the mullins center!! im torn between what im going to wear!!!!!! i think this looks super cute!!! but i have a different pair of flares that i want to wear which will change the whole outfit.
   now that i can see the difference in the 2 outfits i picked i definitely like the top one better! i need way more stretch skirts in different colors! i always want to wear this one!! lol this will be the first time these leg flare have seen a show!!! cant wait to rock it!!

learning how to make a skirt

So, im trying to learn how to make skirts but every time i put it on in the end it looks funny. ive tried so many different times and different ways and they all look dumb. i have an entire plastic drawer that full of skirts that i made that i will never wear. i dont want to get rid of them but i dont know what else to do.i might be able to wear the orange skirt and leg flairs if i am performing. it is bright yet if its dark, the orange and reds will look interesting in the fire light! i have a tight brown shirt that is similar in color  that will look super cute with the costume too!
